Goodbye grandma!

Grandma said goodbye to us early this morning on Christmas eve. she had given up and rest in peace. she was tired and needed a good rest. "grandma, we'll be thinking of you and missing you as you were such a loving, caring and wonderful woman. You'll be always in our mind and memory"

when Chelsea got up this morning, I showed her the photo of grandma and said to her :" say bye to great grandma. she had gone forever, give her a big cuddle and kiss."

she said to me" mum, her hair is a bit white. why do we say good bye to her, she never come to our house. I want to go to her house.'

I told her:' she has gone forever, please give her a big hug and kiss.'

Chelsea replied that: " she is far away, bye ' ah tai*.' and gave her kisses and hugs on the photo.

Now I realised cooking is part of my daily routine and it also something that I could discover, explore and fall in love. I wanted my daily cuisine to be posted on a regular basis so that I would have the memory of my great job, and...........this I think will make me feel good and proud!

To be fank, I am not a good cook however I am determined to make things better!)
